call to cancel your account 48 hours in advance of your next rebill or
trial expiry date. All trials and subscriptions automatically RENEW at
the end of your trial or cycle date.
Respect

No advertising
or promotion of stocks or other
instruments (junk bonds, etc.):
Trying to generate hype for a stock is a
form of spamming and will
not be tolerated. Mentioning factual information or
observations about stock, bond, currency etc. activity such as
earnings announcements, news etc. is allowed, of course.
No promotion or mention at all
of competing sites
or other businesses of any sort is allowed:
Please respect our members. They do not join to be
spammed/solicited. If you engage in promotional or spamming activities
you are distracting members from making money with our service and
therefore will be removed from the live trading room. We wish to remain
neutral on other services out there. There are many good and bad
services available.

will make OFFICIAL TRADING CALLS!
Members are allowed to talk amongst
themselves and point out valid observations. We're open for new
ideas and would love to hear from you in the room. However, keep
in mind that only AlexLW's calls are official and we are not
responsible for other peoples' calls (good or bad).

of our rules or doing something questionable, please email the
administrator from the
feedback page.
or notify them via IM (Instant Message).
We reserve the right to republish, reuse

The trading
results posted anywhere on PureTick.com are conditional results from
the system
trigger signals issued intra-day in our room. Trades utilize our
scale in/out exit strategy which is explained to our members.
Please note: New traders are required to use a non-cash simulator
for the first 10 days in our room. Please note that the trades
contained in
the conditional performance results were not executed for any one
trading account. Some trades reported are based on prices
communicated to
us by other traders on our service who were able to enter the trades or
are based on
prices that were prevalent at the time a trade signal was generated. In
esscence, our users themselves create these results. Fair and nifty! In
many
cases, it is unknown if the all the contracts could have actually been
executed at the exactly same price due to slippage. We have a
high entry win rate. So
take
the

and
see
how

works
for
your.
What do you have to lose? We do no guarantee that you will receive the
same prices and fills as Alex or any other member. Please

Terms
of
Membership
at
PureTick.com
- Cancellation
requests
may
NOT be done via e-mail
and only via phone.
Please
call 877 GO LONG1 or 610-590-1811 This is due to the fact
that the
over-wealming amounts of spam on the Internet cause e-mail to be
unreliable. We want to make sure there are no miscommunications. Voice
mail and fax is also acceptable.
- Expired
trial
memberships
automatically
rebill
upon
expiration
at
the
normal
rate,
unless
a
special
referral
code
is
entered.
All
memberships
are on a month-to-month basis. Recurring billing
is done on the day your trial expires then every succeeding
month. Please let us know at
least three days in advance if you wish to cancel your trading
access. That is, if you join
on the 5th you will be charged for 10 days and then your card will be
billed on the 15th for the full amount for next month's service. The
trial period is based on actual calendar days, not business days and
starts as soon as you submit your application.
- Should
you
enter
the
Puretick
live
trading room any time after you CANCEL, it
will be deemed that you are willfully entering a new order to receive,
use, and benefit from the Puretick live trading room education and
advice for an additional month.
Puretick will immediately charge you the full price of a one month
(non-refundable) fee of $349.00. This fee will be charged to you by the
same means that you used to pay for the immediately preceding period.
You acknowledge and consent to the above described charge as if you
placed an actual order through our normal means of order entry.
Your entry into the Puretick trading room after membership termination
will be your explicit agreement to waive your right to contest, to your
bank or credit card company, any monthly charge by Puretick to you.
- Trial
memberships
are
based
on
calendar
days.
Holidays,
weekends
and
other
foreseen
events
are
not
factored
in.
It
would
be quite impossible to
program a computer to skip all the strange events us humans observe. If
you sign up on 3/20/2006, your trial would end on 3/30/2006.
- You
will
be billed for the service when you log in the site. The quality,
quantity or content is in no way gauranteed. Ex: If you decide you know
more then our head trader and have nothing to gain from the service,
please cancel but you will be charged for the first month you spent in
our service.
- You
are
NOT
permitted
to
post
phone
numbers,
e-mail addresses or any such
contact information in the trading room. There are others who prey on
this type of information. This rule is in place to protect you. Anyone
violating this rule may be removed from the room.
- If you signed up with PayPal,
you will need to login to PayPal.com and cancel you reoccuring
subscription as well. We do NOT handle PayPal cancellations. Log
on to www.paypal.com
and select the transaction. At the bottom of it there will be a little
button that says 'cancel subscription'. We only control the sign ups
from our OWN billing ( www.puretick.com/start.html )
- You
will
RECEIVE
AN
EMAIL
confirmation with cancellation NUMBER
when we process your cancel
request. It is your responsibility
to call back if you do not!
This confirmation will be required should there ever be a billing
question or dispute. We will also accept a copy of your phone bill
showing that you called in to cancel.
- If
for
some
reason
you
can
not
reach
us
by
phone
or
via
the
normal
channels
please
send
a
FAX letter with signature to 610-590-1811
This way, should
there ever be a question as to when you canceled you can use the date
of that letter as proof you did indeed cancel.
- Expired
trial
memberships
automatically rebill
upon expiration at the normal
rate, unless a special referral
code is entered. Ie: You sign up for the trial on Dec 5th: You'll
be charged the trial rate and then on the 15th of the month billed $349.
- You
will
be
CHARGED for the
service weather you use it or NOT.
As
to
say
if
you
are
not
in
the
trading
room
but
your
account
is
ACTIVE
and
you
have not called to cancel, you will be billed as usual.
Ex: You have basketball season passes and miss a few games. You
can not request a refund for the season passes. Please! It is
imperative that you cancel your account if you wish to discontinue
membership.
- You
agree
that
you
have
no
right
to
dispute
charges
from
PureTick
if
you
forget
to
cancel
before
your
rebill date. You can reach us day or night
if you wish to speak with us regrading billing.
- If
you
cancel
your
membership
and
then
proceed
to
enter
the
service
accidentally,
legally
or
illegally,
you
WILL
be charged for another
month of access. Example: If your account is canceled on 05-15-2010 and
then your friend gives you the room password and you decide to login on
06-01-2010, you are committing theft of service and fraud. By signing
the terms page you agree to be charged for a full months access.
- All
subscriptions
are
automatically
renewed
at
the
normal
rate
(unless
you
entered
a
discount
referral
code)
when
your
trial
period is up unless
canceled. Subscriptions reoccur on a month to month basis. All
subscription fees are non-refundable once they have been billed to your
card. This includes the montly fee and trial membership. Subscriptions
are active/valid as soon as you submit your application.
- Discounted
and
block
subscriptions
renew
at
the
NORMAL
MONTLY
rate
when
your
discount
or
"block"
time
period
is over.
- All
of
our
policies,
rules,
terms
and
notices
fall
under
the
EST
time
frame,
GMT-5.
Ex:
If
you
call
to cancel your account at March 4th 11PM
PST, it will be March 5th on the east coast and our server may have
already billed your account.
- The
trading
room
official
hours
are
from
9:30AM
EST
to
11:45AM
EST
and
13:45
EST
to
16:00EST.
We
normally
will take a break during the
low volatility period known as the 'dead zone' or the 'doldrums'.
- Cancellation
requests
are
to
be
via
our
cancellations
page and
are
not official until the member receives a confirmation from
PureTick. You MUST give the correct user name and password for
your cancellation to be effective; this is obviously to prevent
malicious cancellations. Failure to give the correct user name
and password combination will result in your cancellation NOT being
processed.
- Private
messages
and
E-mail
sent
to
administrators
may
be
shared
among
the
other
administrators
to
benefit
you,
and
may
be
disclosed to the public or
general room attendees if it helps their education.
- Messages
posted
to
the
room
(private
and
public)
and
E-mail
sent
to
administrators
may
be
shared
and
used
for
public display on
PureTick.com or any other web site on the Internet.
- Phone
voice
mail
messages
you
record
on
PureTick's
voice
mail
may
be
shared
and
used
for
public
audio
display
on PureTick.com or any
other web
site on the Internet.
- If
you
wish
to
cancel,
please
let
us
know
at
least
three
(3)
days
in
advance
of
your
trial
expiring, or rebilling period date.
- We
allow
only
*
one
*
trial
membership
per
each
physical
mailing
address,
person
or
credit
card
number.
This
prevents
the unfair activity of the same user from signing up for
multiple trials in a row. If a user signs up, cancels then resigns up
again with the same mailing address they will be billed the normal
rate. There are no exceptions. If we are running a special of any time
and you have already taken a trial period before you will be charged
the normal montly rate.
- We
allow
only
*
one
*
trial
membership
per
each
HOUSEHOLD,
person
or
user.
If
you
take
a
trial
membership, your spouse can not sign up for one.
This is
amendment to the first clause. If you move frm your condo to another
condo a month later you are NOT eligable for another trial.
This prevents the unfair activity of the same user from signing up for
multiple trials in a row. If a user signs up, cancels then resigns up
again.
- Only
one
person
shall
be
allowed
to
use
the
service
per
membership
login
at
a
time.
This
is
to
prevent one person from using an account and giving
it out to hundreds of others. This is not fair to our other traders.
- Please
treat
the
members
and
moderators
with
respect.
No
foul
language,
or
abusive
tones
will
be
tolerated
towards
any
member or our
administrators. This includes E-mail, phone, fax, letters, the live
room or any other medium. If you violate this policy you will be
removed from the service WITH OUT refund! No questions asked.
- Cancellations
are
not
effective
until
the
end
of
the
billing
period
they
are
received
in: i.e.,
if
you
cancel
on
October 8th you
will still have access to the site until the 15th of the current month.
- Alex
may
be
trading
a
large
cash
account
or
a
simulator
account
at
any
given
moment.
He
will
switch
between these accounts depending on the trade
setup, market conditions and risk.
- Mentorship
deposits
and
payments
of
any
type
are
NON
refundable.
If
you
need
to
cancel
or
change
a
mentorship
please contact Alex or Geoff and
they'll be happy to work with you. Once you reserve a spot we can
not book it for anyone else obviously!
- If
a
moderator
or
Alex
needs
to
take
an
extended
leave
of
absence
from
the
room
for
vacation
or
emergency reasons, we will try to let the
members know in advance as soon as possible.
- Members
whose
method
of
payment
declines
will
have three
days to correct the issue or the account will be
temporarily suspended.
- PureTick has the right to refuse or
cancel membership at any time at its own discretion, so please follow
the rules and behave.
- PureTick
administrators and owners reserve the right to yell at, degrade,
belittle, patronize, discredit, disgrace, dishonor, and disparage
any user who we personally feel deserves such treatment. This includes
the PureTick.com trading room, phone calls, US mail, fax, and as well
as any other public web site on the Internet. Treat others as you wish
to be treated yourself. If you do not like this policy, you are free to
cancel your membership at ANY time by calling 610-590-1811
- Phone
calls to and from Alex are billed at the following rate. Alex's time is
very valuable. Pure Tick receives over 100 calls and 400 e-mail
requests per day. We are pretty swamped. Alex provides a phone
consultation service at the rate of $175/ per hour (billed in 10
minute blocks). If you wish to receive a phone call from Alex please
E-mail us with your name and phone number.
Mentorship attendees will automatically receive free contact from Alex
for a full month after their visit has ended.
- Site memberships are billed
under "Pure Tick" and will
reflect
as such on your credit card statement.
- Any
violation
of
the
above
rules,
spam,
or
promotion
of
external
services
will
result
in
membership
cancellation
without
a
refund.
- Members
who
volitale
any
of
these
terms
will
be
blocked
from
logging
in
the
room
with
with
no
refund.
- Indicators,
CDS,
products,
and
room
member
ship
fees
are
not
refundable
in
any
way!
This
includes
ELD
and
EFS
files programmed for your charting software.
- Should
Alex
ever
decide
to
offer
a
refund
for
any
serivce
or
product,
a
processing
fee
of
13%
will
be deducted from all refunds from Pure
Tick including all products, subscriptions and time slots.
- Mentorship
deposits
and
payments
of
any
type
are
NON
refundable.

you
need
to
cancel
or
change
a
mentorship
please contact Alex or Geoff and they'll
be happy to work with you.

much so that Alex and the rest
